Sucks when you really need them

We've a deal with Terminex. Whenever we closed the agreement they informed us they'd supply emergency-service if required. We've an invasion of insects within our room eating people living during the night. They stated they mightnot emerge for 5 times. I requested to consult with a boss plus they explained he was not accessible regardless of how hard I pushed. They stated he'd call-back but he'snot.

Avoid terminex. They lie about their service guidelines.
