Horrible Company!

I purchased plants to get a friends memorial outofstate 4 times prior to the planned memorial day, got a web-based e-mail verification that funerals were main concern & all... Your day following the memorial I obtained a contact the shipping nver occurred! I named the "call-center" & was hung-up on & named back again to get somebody who barley might speak language. I had been not able to keep in touch with a supervisor & they stated somebody might contact me back again to examine what happened. I quit 5 messages to contact me I needed a reason & a reimbursement, no body has actually called me back... I've submitted a using the greater business agency the corporation shouldn't maintain company!!! The next time I'll contact an area florist straight, it is best to do exactly the same... ~VERY dissapointed buyer!!
