For $9.95 Phone Detective PROMISED that they had the address for a cell phone number. They advertise money back guarantee and complete satisfaction. HA! They gave me only the city and state. Mr. Smith in Los Angeles is NOT an address. When I contacted Minnie for a refund I got a "ha ha". I think "Minnie Ha Ha" was ironic. Don't ever use these crooks for anything... Anything. They'll rip you off.
