This person has numersou grievances using the BB we discovered directly after we interviews him for an estimation to resurface our deck. It had been a little work around 1500.00 which he explained was okay. We informed him we needed him to complete the task, okayed it, but would really like a research or two. HE decided stating he'd e-mail them to us FOLLOWING DAY... Times pass and nothing. We're waiting type anything before we employ another person... Then ultimately call him. We keep a note but no reaction. Therefore, we quit a brief evaluation on Google evaluations simply declaring these details. Kenneth bombards our mail mailbox with individual episodes about just how much he dislikes us, never desired to get the job done anyhow... Etc.in my opinion this to become since he doesn't have great referrals and was at that moment. He's since attempted to create his rankings up by appearing as clients and having his spouse shill for him. We understand this since he edited among the evaluations and forgot to make use of the phony title! LOL. He is a horrible justification to get a company with 3 conflicting grievances in the BBB.
