Poor customer service, at its finest

I've visited the ACME shop situated in Avondale, PA in the last couple decades because the shops grand opening.in those days, it had been obvious the workers within the shop showed good tones and supplied great customer support towards the customers. I don't understand their titles, but on both events, I've discovered the older guy using the spectacles who addresses the ACME fried chicken deals to become excessively rude towards the clients. Similarly the older woman using the spectacles behind the deli event is similarly rude, sharp and brief with clients.
