Shady business dealings, serious delays in responding to inquries, couldn't send you a lead list that wasn't full of duplicates and the incorrect search terms

In the beginning of April, we ordered a simple lead list of 100 business contacts. We are assured in writing that they would replace all duplicates or contacts that we already had in our database. They sent the first list and over 1/2 of them were either already in our database or duplicates that they could have easily seen for themselves had they checked the list prior to sending it. It takes anywhere from 3 - 9 days for them to respond to an inquiry. We filed a dispute with paypal but they are of no help in a situation like this unless it was purchased on ebay. They did try and send a replacement list at least six times. Most of them time they just sent the exact same list with absolutely nothing different on it at all. When they did send a different list it was with "Plant Manager" and "General Manager" as the title/position search term. We were looking for "Telecom" as being the keyword in the title/position search box. He is now claiming after almost two months, a dozen conversations, 6 - 10 wrong lists sent to us that I verbally requested that telecom be in the Company search box which is completely idiotic considering we are a telecom company and most of the "leads" he sent us are vendors that we are doing business with already either buying or selling. I have copies of everything should anyone care to read them to validate my claims. I would highly recommend that you either save your money, give it to a poor person or throw it out the window before giving a dime of your money to these people. If they listed an address (should have a been a large red flag), I would be reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General. I am still going to try.
