The previous comment is total bull crap. I f this guy really worked there he should know about the crazy, nutcake case manager who is more mentally and emotionally unstable then most of the clients and who flies off the handle in front of the clients. I was a client there for a while and these people don't have any sense of boundaries. They didn't know I was there as a client but I am also a drug and alcohol counselor. If this place was a family, they would be one of the most dysfunctional families I have ever seen. The groups are done by counselors who spend the whole time talking about themselves. That's a problem when hiring counselors in recovery. The groups become about their program and they show no other counseling skills outside of self disclosure. The group focus is on them and all they do is yap about themselves. Thurman and Don are the worse in this department.
The lead counselor's (Don) agenda is to promote his homosexuality for everyone to know.
