Charged my credit card, but never delivered

I ordered a toy more than a month ago, never received it. About two weeks later, I called them, they answered, said it will be sent in a week. Two weeks later, I call again, they tell me it's shipping today, plus another story justifying why they did not have a truck until now... It's been almost 5 weeks and on the company website my order is still 'Processing'. When I try to delete my order it is not possible.
