Did not order or googled taking $ from Debit card panama city

My bank statement had two charges that were used by my OLD DEBIT card $2.10 plus $69.95. I did not order this and have no idea of how they got the debit card #, my email address and physical address. I received a packet in the mail with a cd for grants I guess and a phone # 877-235-6870 that you do not reach a customer service employee just a recording saying enter your code, no code on the letter also their thanking you by signing S Search Educational Benefits Services. The S. Search Team. My fiance signed on my email account and found a letter from these people, We have not gone online for over 6 months and have not googled any grants.
The bank has informed me that they are part of the IBUILDWEALTH who also has been taking $30.00 a month from my checking account since July 09 with other assumed names ex: 866-823-9498TARGET NV, this is tricky as this charge is not from the TARGET retailer its another assume name of the same people. 866-233-8422cash sys nv, ibuildwealth 866-822-9626 nv, 8666071070 money o az., 866-237buildwealth nv, 866-607-1070 iwbo az, www.debttowealth. Thanks to my Fiance as she took it upon herself to check out my bank statements and found these fraudulent charges.
I am part of the Countrywide Mortgage fraud where the employee sold our information to third parties. I am speculating perhaps this is how my information is out.
