Dead/all dirt was spilled out of box it came in

I requested some small flower crops and also the very first time it had been all dried out and didn't flourish after planting. Therefore, I sent plus they delivered me a different one. They claimed they are doing appear dormant but may flourish if grown asap, etc. Therefore, they stated they'd send me another. I obtained exactly the same small flower place again about ten days before. I actually donot understand if someone was angry within the delivery division or what, nevertheless when I opend the packed all of the dust built out and also the place was simply lying-in the container. Appeared really dried out and dead in my experience. But I planted it and water and supply it with plant food for this specific place. We have had lots of bathrooms below also it must have flourished. But NO it doesn't seem like it is likely to endure. I don't need another place and that I don't wish to have to cover this. I'd requested advertisement Goliathe hyrangea place also. This also, was in poor situation also it didn't florish. Nevertheless, the 2nd one delivered is grown and appears really LIVING.
