A PRO VIDEO ConArtist prey on parents and sell horrible Graduation Videos

This company gets called in to perform video production of High School Graduations by the School districts in and around Tarrant County. We (parents) are solicited at the ceremonies to buy a Professional Quality DVD Video of the ceremonies for $35.00 including tax, and it would take 6-8 weeks to recieve.in June we went to the graduation and order the video of it.in August I did recieve the DVD in the mail. I couldn't wait to get it home to play it. I was absolutely astonished at how horrible the DVD was.in NOWAY is this professional. Right from the start the video was horrible. It was like someone tried to convert a 30 years old VHS tape to DVD and failing horrily at it. The person who was holding the camera, must have had parkinsons disease (no disrespect intended), because its bouncing all over the place. Most of the video is out of focus, with rolling lines and pixelation all through the DVD. So now my entire family is disappointed that we do not have a good video of this ceremony.
I have tried many times to contact this company, to be cut off by a full answering machine. Once out of about 80-100 phone calls, I was able to leave a message for someone to contact me. Well, you guessed it, I never recieved a call. Today, yes almost a year later I tried once more and actually got a Very Mean Lady on the phone. At first she was pleasant, and once I ask to speak to the owner concerning a problem I had with last years video, she scoffed and said, "Hurry up and spit it out, I am busy."
At that point I could see she is not interested in anything I had to say, or even help me resolve a problem I had with her company. I looked them up on the BBB and they have MANY MANY complaints, all which are unanswered, and the company has an F rating. I would tell anyone in or around the DFW area in TX to not buy ANY dvd, take your own camera and record your own. You will be much happier.
Its my wish this company could be put out of business, for ruining people's memorable moments, and ripping them off.
Sad thing is just that one day of graduations for the area high schools, I know over 30,000 people attended graduation ceremonies. Even if 1% of those people bought the dvd, thats still 300 dvd's sold in one day, and the company ripped them off for 35 dollars each, which would be over 10,000 dollars for one day of rotten work! And graduations for the area schools went on all week at the tarrant county activity center.
