Lied cheated stole money never completed job insuled me

I paid a large amount of money to close in pool and build a roof ever top of patio. Since job was finished entire roof leaks, includign other parts of house. I had another builder give me a estimate and he told me the job was done incorrectly. He wants $2000 to fix, I called Scott Speciialty to get money back and he basically said I was nuts. That it is my problem. To get a attorney if I have a problem. I can't afford a attorney and have contacterd the BBB. I hope no one else falls for his scam. He advertizes in the FLYER
