I recently requested some rises from my garage door also it got over per week before they delivered and another seven days in-transit. The web site claims "boats in 2 days ASSURED". Meanwhile, my pregnant spouse is launching and unloading her treatment in the torrential rain. I attempted to achieve them via mail, twice and on the toll-free amount atleast three times and nobody actually delivered emails or voicemails. After waiting about 8 times I chose to contact an area storage door restoration organization that arrived and changed the rises and fixed the doorway within 3 hours of my phone. Springs4garagedoors.com ultimately delivered a contact per week after I delivered the rises and explained that I acquired what I requested plus they would not return my income. I agreed to spend the return shipping and anything. I'd suggest not using the services of the corporation if you want customer support or any kind of appropriate answer. I've no concept of the caliber of the item, since it continues to be within the unique presentation and abandoned, but in my experience Customer Support is just a large cause of why I store at certain stores.
