Bad customer service

I employed Jewelis publishing in Metairie, LA for many of my wedding preparation. They've anything and that I was so pleased after I strolled in as well as their customer support was excellent until following the purchase. Our RSVPis were incorrect once the purchase was total. The date for that RSVP was 14 days following the real wedding day. After which there's the tale of the dessert knife... The title and day were ingraved uneven. I went over one hour to make use of this specific wedding shop and today I've to create additional excursions to get product which was requested improperly and never completed with quality.

These two situations might have been avoided.
