Horrible Ethics and overall service

When we first received an estimate for moving services it was for no more than 2500 lbs. After the drivers loaded everything onto their truck, they were seen loading other things onto it that were not ours. When we called the company and spoke to Kim, she said that it was just some garbage that they were dropping off for someone else. They then drove the truck to Fort Meyers, FL where it was weighed again for a total of 3282 lbs, which is 782 more than the estimate. The only extra items that we accrued from a move a few years ago were a sofa and an ottoman. On 5/6 my girlfriend spoke with this Kim lady again and she informed her about the new grand total which went from 1,125.00 to 2,009.70. While on the phone, Kim was being very rude and unpleasant. She was very argumentative and was always interrupting and even called my girlfriend a liar during this conversation. On 5/11 when the driver came to deliver our belongings, he was alone. Ultimately, I had to end up helping him with random heavy items such as the Sofa, Dresser, Computer desk and the more oddly shaped items like the Mattress and Box Spring. We even had to get a neighbor to help with the Sofa. He put all the boxes at the top of the stairs and I had to carry them in.

While I put on the review sheet that he did a good job, I did note that he was by himself. That was not the service that we paid for. For the past 3 days we have been calling Sky Moving to try to speak with a Manager who's name is David, and every time he has been "away" from the office. He finally called us this morning and during the conversation we asked to be reimbursed for the delivery fee due to the fact that the driver needed assistance in unloading our items, which pretty much resulted in free labor from me.

First, he was talking to my girlfriend and started off being very rude, loud, and always interrupting. During the conversation he called her a liar as well which I heard because we were on speaker phone. When I talked to him he was being slightly more civil towards me which I think is because I'm am a Male. He was still moderately rude and loved interrupting while I was mid sentence. He said that we should have written on the paperwork that two people were to deliver our belongings which is totally bogus. Two people came to pick everything up and that wasn't written down. Bottom line is we paid $400.00 at the time of delivery and definitely didn't get what we paid for. They have horrible Ethics and Business practices.
