Ultimate Match - Ultimate Date

First let me clarify that this is more of an inquiry than a report. I want to find out if anyone has had any trouble with Ultimate Match (or UltimateMatch or UltimateMatch.com)? They are promoting a new MLM opportunity which doesn't look too bad on paper.

My main concern comes from the fact the the founders (Stephen R. Smith and Cameron Sharpe) of this enterprise were heavily involved with Excel Communications. From the reports on this site and others Excel is not a company I would want to be involved with.

I realize the company is very new (not even operational yet) but if anyone has any feedback regrding the company or the individuals running it I would appreciate hearing it.
