One of employees has some loud unprofessional words to say about my return

I'm a person in the Kmart on Belle Chasse Road in Gretna, La. I usually look at Kmart, all of the period I actually do layaways and occasionally easily am unsatisfied with my purchase I'll return them-but everytime I return anything back again to the store this woman title Theresa (who occasionally operates within the layaway or within the entrance of the shop) has some noisy unprofessional phrases to express about my return before me. I'm a normal client at Kmart and I'm I shouldn't be handled this way climate I purchase or delivered a acquired I must obtained client satisfaction while I am buying which is not of her company what I choose to do. Her work would be to fulfill the clients not make me feel undesirable, she does this everytime I return anything within the shop, I'm a person the same as everyone who's within the store and really should obtain the same fulfillment that everybody gets.
