After finnishing the work of transporting horses across the country as a sub contractor for Horsein Around, Deanna Rubio, I was due the balance of the fee. This was never paid to me. Over 100 phone messages were never returned, e-mails and letters were never answered. NOT only should horse owners be aware, so should sub-contractors/Drivers/Owner Operators.
