Fry's Credit Billing Statements Unavailable

Unable to see statements online because i can't log in for about a month. Requested billing statements but still hasn't received. I don't know my activity and can't pay for my bill unless i call. Automated charge for paying by phone is $6.95 which they say it wouldn't charge and should disregard but still feel uncomfortable hearing it when paying by phone. Ask representatives for help at least once a week and each gave me different answers.
