They gave a tracking number for items and said they where sent out 2 weeks later say it never left. Fraud

I Paid over 400.00 for items on april 22 and they gave me a tracking number and said my order would be here in two days since i also paid express. My order failed to come twice after i had to call. Then the last time i called they my order was still in fact there cause 1 item they did not have. So i asked for my money back. They had attitude too.
