FCNB Spiegel rip off on late fees and interest on bill paid off

On several occasions since Spiegel lost its backing from FCNB, I have been trying to come to some kind of agreement with this company. I have paid the bill off in full in June. There was a late fee in which I paid and it was late etc. Now the bill is up to 153.00 and Im told this will go on my credit report. I have sent more payments since June and they do not seem to go to Spiegel, but to outer space because no one can tell me where the money is.

I have called and got some of the most rude and obnoxious people who say basically too bad! Pay or we report it.
I have disputed and done everything short of going up and ripping someone's head off.

Any suggestions so far I have sent them 75.00 extra and have not heard any thing. I wanted to pay online but to no avail. I was told that for $8.00 I could pay by phone with a check! OK More money!
