Extended service plan which gives priority scheduling and service discounts

Was sold a bill of goods by Mr. Rooter Plumbing!!!
Called them in December to clean out main drain - made the mistake of purchasing extended service plan which got me priority scheduling and discounts on service. WOW! WAS I STUPID!!!
-scheduled and appointment for 5 PM on Friday night - they said yes ma'am - service plan makes you a priority!
At 7:30 PM they called an said they'd have to come on Saturday morning. I asked (SPECIFICALLY) for the first appointment (since I pd extra for the privilege and all...) They told me SURE! 9 AM... No problem!
At 10:15 AM I called to see when he was coming - they told me he was still on his first appointment-!?!?
At 11:15 AM I called and cancelled because Reed's sewer and drain was willing to come right out and do the job - FOR NEARLY HALF THE PRICE OF Mr. Rooter - WITH MY DISCOUNT!!!
I was so ripped off - I only hope you can learn from my mistake-
