I bought the Enza scrub balls after 2 distinct marketing calls. I take advantage of the septic item, so that they had my info. The sales agents were pretty ruthless. I applied them for just two months and wasn't at-all pleased with them-so required information about how to come back for reimbursement.

The client service woman stated that would need to originate from the night individual. He delivered my phone and spoke non stop re: how great the merchandise was. I expected him many times to please provide me the return info. After constant heat, he recommended a discount and many ways of enhancing about the item.

I finally approved the discount and decided to maintain the merchandise. I told him I'd never, actually buy another item from Burns Plante plus they don't remain behind the one month full refund state.
