Supposed owner Will Perez in Florida was very misslead on what I was buying. Did not recieve product I was charged for twice

Saw staywhite on line as a promotion they had running I bought a trial size of teeth whiting product for. 99 which I did recive. I tryed it and did not like it. It made my gums peal and burn. I call company to cancel. Then still recieved another charge on my Credit card. They said they shipped more product to me. I never recieved more product so I thought the account was closed. Next Credit card statement. Another Charge. I call again they said they can't help me. Some guy named Andy said he was the only one there and I could not speak to anyone else about rebating me. I would have to just pay for something I never recieved. He finally gave me an address and a name of the person who ownes the company. Andy asured me I would not be recieving any credits to my card and that was that. I tryed to meet him in the middle and get a credit for at least one charge he said no. Andy said that the post office said they deliver the product to my door. Well if they did it is proably burning someone elses mouth. This is very bad business and a completer rip off.
