Non Payment of Salary

I worked at this mall as mall Security from March 3rd 2010 to March 13th. I left the job primarily because of certain suspicions concerning their lack of Paying employees, I had been warned not even to start by Mall tenants in the mall but decided to give them a try, my suspicions ended up to be correct because from March 13th untill this present date April 21st 2010 I have not been paid my bi weekly salary. I put my time and sweat in to work for this mall security and I deserve to be paid, I am not the only security Guard who has not been paid, he left the mall, because they were one month late in paying him, my salary is late by a month and a half, this is not right, a company should pay their workers when they have worked hard, I believe my rights have been trampled upon as an employee. I have two little girls ages 7 and 4 and a wife who is also unemployed please help me get my salary.
