Robbers!

I ordered flowers for a funeral out of town from this place. I looked up florist in the area of the funeral and i go this one and found something I liked. I ordered it no problem. Got my invoice via email got charged 10 dollars for deliver and thought that odd but what am i gonna do? Then i check my bank statement the next day and they charged me 11.80 more that my invoice stated! I called immediately to be put on hold 4 times while they got this and that and answered the phone. Finally i was told that the extra amount wouldn't post to my account it would "drop off" this isn't uncommon, but I forgot they finally told me that this place was in CANADA! That isn't on the web site! So i was like whatever it will "drop off' and my account will be fine. Then i woke up Tuesday morning to find out they took over 60 dollars for this and it posted to my account without dropping off! I called and left a voice mail and sent and email to no reply so i called when i got home from work to be told that i am getting a refund of the difference in 3-4 days and they can't tell me how much, then they won't reimburse my fees i got charged for overdraft because of them!!! They clearly don't know what drop off means in banking terms! I am so frustrated! I just kept getting told wait till we get this and do that and we will get back with you. NOT!!! I am going to call everyday till i get an answer that I want. They screwed me out of $147.08 for a piece of crap I could have made for 10 bucks!!! Please save yourself the heartache and don't use this company! I would feel terrible if someone else had to go through what i am going through. Oh and they laugh at how upset you get. I was laughed at through the whole conversation!
