Spent a morning cleaning this pond scum's carpet and upholstery and he paid with a check written on a closed account. It is now clear that this isn't the first time and he is in fact, a shameless, lower than human, 2 bit con. We all pay in the end and he wil be held accountable if not by me, by higher authority.
