Norman Campbell is the worst kind of lawyer anyone could have the misfortune of having to deal with. He is what you would call a court parasite, the kind of lawyer that relies on the crumbs the courts throw his way, such as of court appointed attorney and guardian-ad-litem cases. Since Campbell relies on these types of cases to make a living, he tries to string them out for as long as he can by manufacturing evidence against anyone and filing false reports with the courts. If that doesnt work he resorts to accusing the opposing party of having a mental illness and in need of a psychological evaluation. These type of allegations serve no other purpose than to demean and discredit the opposition. He is unethical and unprofessional. Steer clear of this jacka*.
