Wendy went to the Sunrise Dental Clinic on Bickford Ave in Snohomish for periodontal cleaning and tooth extraction by Thi Nguymen DDS. Wendy was covered by her dental insurance for these procedures at 100%.in fact Wendy SENT a copy of her Summary of Dental benefits from Premera Blue Cross and they in fact fraudulently tricked us by saying our insurance only cover 80% and charged our visa card. We have placed various faxes and phone calls and they have a laundry list of excuses not to pay us back.
