I received this letter in the mail from Interac universal stating that I have been selected via a computer random ballout system of all bank card holders in North America. I was approved for a lump sum of 175,000.00. Yes I was excited.
Bills are behind so I was thinking this was a quick way to come up right quick and get some things together. Yes they did send me a check for 3,948.86. Yes I did deposit it and yes I did in return send them 3,615.00.
I should have know from the get go when I had to call back to ask a question that is was fake because I had asked him something about the traking number I called out some numbers to him and he said yes that was correct.
It was to lat then. Well now the bank is trying to charge me for fraud. And since it's over 1,000.00 it will be placed as a felony on my record. Yes I am upset. And no I don't have that type opf money laying around.
I have asked all that I could ask and no one can help me. So to anyone else out there if you get one of these checks THROW IT IN THE TRASH.
