Stole Money, never sent item ordered 47 days late

Placed an order for a $99 nerf gun long shot. Its been 47 days later and it still hasn't been sent. The merchant acknowledged he never sent it and was going to get it out... That was more than 10 days ago... Still nothing. I contacted Google and apparantly there were several other complaints against this guy... So they cancelled his ability to use Google checkout services. On his own web site there are two other complainsts and a total of 3 complaints on this web site. This guy is a fast talker... Takes your money and never sends the items. If he was legit, Google would not have cancelled him. There must be numerous other complaints. Stay away from this guy. He is a theif. My credit card is now going to go after this guy. He must be stopped. I will check with Paypal and see if he pissed off those folks too... I will report back if I find anything there.
