Neighbors Moving & Storage Of South Florida, LLC, Neighbors Van Lines Neighbors Moving and Storage Most HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL DISASTER - 9 HRS to pack a 2 Room Condo - 2 weeks to delive

Jeff Gold - Sales Person w / Neighbors Movers called me consistently to persuade me to use their services for my move from Orlando to New York. All the wonderful guarantees and nothing was a problem... All was guaranteed to be to my satisfaction.
Well... He could not be more wrong! Nor did he wish to speak to me after he received my 25% deposit. Ando... Which only consisted of 2 dressers and 2 queen size mattresses. I already took the bed apart for them. Also 1 couch 1 coffee table and i dinette set. Which I removed all the legs from all the tables prior to their arrival.
Well... They were supposed to arrive on a Tuesday morning... Hahhaha what a joke that was. The whole day was wasted waiting for them to call. Finally I had to keep chasing them down and it was one moronic excuse after another. (Stuck in traffic, couldn't finish the prior load, blah blah blah)
They finally arrived ARRIVED @ 2:30AM Wed. 2:30AM - they had one other families belongings in the truck. WELL, all of the boxes and furniture belonging to me and the other family lay out on the grass and they were trying to fit all the pieces in the truck like a puzzle. They finally finished loading the truck at 10:30 AM... Yes, that's right, 10:30 AM - 8 hours later!!! I called JUSTIN (the ever defensive dispatcher) who kept assuring me how professional his men were... Wrong... 8 hours to move 2 rooms?!?! I was concerned how all the boxes, mine and the others were all together and mine were not tagged. Oh don't worry. They know what they are doing. They are professional... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? By the time the truck left, there were still boxes on the grass... I guess they did not fit... So they just left them there.
Now it is 14 days later. I still have not received my belongings. - Stuck in traffic... Couldn't fit a couch through a hallway... Can't confirm credit card payment!
WHAT? I was told it needed to be a cashiers check. And they are dirking around with credit card payments?!
I am petrified to see what is broken, which boxes I did not receive and if I received things that belong to another poor soul.
THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Justin never once apologized. Always made it sound like he was doing me a favor.
These companies should really be investigated and held accountable. Moving is stressful enough!
