The above mentioned company has in its employ a man named Chaker. This man is listed as an assistant with this firm but represents himself as a litigator. I have searched for confirmation that he can, in fact, litigate cases and have not been able to locate any evidence proving this.
I am concerned that a firm as big as Reed Smth would allow a person to publicly misrepresent himself and his relationship within the firm.
