First a little about me. I have a background in sales for over 15 years, & I am considered to be a master closer. I have personally sold well over 20 million dollars in merchandise in my 15 year career.

I began working for this company in July. I was given the the job by the then sales manager Ben Brown. He promised to train me in selling the products & sevices that the company offers. I recieved one 15 minute training session & then was thrown into the mix. Not knowing that this was part of the plan & how the company operates.

Realizing that I was poorly trained & under educated in the type of work the company performs began to absorb every piece of information I could find. Spending several hours per day trying to learn. I saw 3 to 4 customers per day comprising 12 to 14 hours in total working for the company.

90% of the leads were generated by cold calling customers who were in some cases begged for an apointment by the telemarketer who was then paid by setting apointments.

Then the company sends out a new sales men who has statistically a 10% chance of closing this type of deal. The salesmen were also lied to by the company suggesting that a good closer can sell 45% to 50% of customers on the 1st visit. Realistically 10% on this type of customer can be closed on the 1st visit.

It was suggested that high pressure closing techniques be used to close the customer which will only backfire on the salesman using them resulting in a loss of trust between the customer & the Salesman & no deal.

Usually less than 24 hours later the telemarketing manager AJ will be on the phone asking the customer what went wrong. Then he would apologize on behalf of the company blaming the high pressure situation on the new sales man, offering to send out a manager who will be able to right the wrongs done by giving a huge discount for the work. Then when the manager arrives back to the same house the closing ratio is closer to 45% to 50% This is how cold leads are turned into hot leads & the new salesmen are taken advantage of.

Commonly called a (1 call closing enviornment) with in the industry. Unless you are the senior man on the totem pole you will end up working harder than you ever have in your life making less money

In doing this the 1st salesman is cut out of the picture & not paid for his 3 to 4 hours his gas or his frustration. (2 hours in home with customer) (45 minutes to 1 hour driving time each way plus preparation.

Turnover is extremly high. Company lost 1 to 2 sales reps every month because of this "1 call close enviornment" which is a scam in it of its self. Do not work for these con men.
