Eric Neal towing was hired to deliver a trailer to Florida from Maryland. The traler arrived late and all damaged. The trailer hitch was broken in half, the side had a hole ripped through, and the rear bumber/light guard was all smashed.
He promissed to fix the trailer and never returned any phone calls. We sent letters with no response. We are in the process with DOT of filing a claim.
The DOT # 1833673 that was provided does not allow them to transport out of the state of Maryland. Do not use carrier the company is a 1 man operation with 1 old, undependable truck & driver that does not stand behind damages.
