I hired Dynamic Consulting Enterprises, LLC to complete my short sale on my property back in December 08. Through several conversations with my bank, I inquired with my negotiator if Dynamic Consulting has been in contact with the bank as a third party. To my surprise, there had been no contact, so therefore Dynamic Consulting did not do the job I paid them $1500.00 to do. With the help of the realtors and myself, we successfully completed my short sale with the bank in Dec 09. I spoke to the owner Michael Sichenzia with concerns of my status in April 09 and he was extremely rude and condescending to me. His staff was absolutely clueless in regards to my file.

I am a single mother and I work very hard for my money. At the time when I hired Micheal, I had to scrape up every penny I had because I was desperate to save my name and credit. To anyone out there, beware of fraudulent companies like Dynamic Consulting Enterprises, LLC.

Through recent emails with Michael, I have requested my refund of $1500.00 and he agreed to do it. Two months have gone by and I have not received a dime ecspecially when he told me on three occasions he sent a check. I am extremely dissatified and dissapointed with this company. I have been scammed!!!
