I simply purchased a backyard wall sconce "Augusta 3 - Light Wall Lantern P5912-80" also it came having a shattered glass.

Ok things happen, not a problem. I'd my spouse contact their client "injustice" quantity to tell them. She never received a call-back.

That night I'd an email, declaring they obtained the criticism and were today considering if the glass might be changed from the producer or not, and they might I would like to understand. Well, lastly 6 nights later I had been informed they were delivering a brand new glass alternative to me to set up. I had been also directed to not email them regarding this for atleast 4-5 times.

After 8 times of waiting I responded back questioning where the alternative glass was and received no response. 24 hours later the glass turned up, but nonetheless no reputation to my followup email.

A great company might have released an RMA number and had another unit on the road the moment advantages published the collection of the damaged device.

Furthermore, they'll not post an evaluation from you if it's crucial in character.
