Took my money, and never delivered product

I purchased a BBQ grill and area on November 21 for $2,973, plus $267.57 duty, and $299.00 for shipping, totalling $3,539.57 from Save Big Liquidators. The organization cashed my check instantly, and not sent the merchandise. The organization and operator, Troy Nihart, aren't returning my calls and also have not created any try to provide the merchandise. This isn't an isolated event.

The organization contains 3-morning revenue, (Friday, Wednesday, and Sunday), needing cash up front from customers. The organization agendas deliveries far-out enough to ensure that from the period consumers understand that their deliveries aren't likely to be produced, plus they have now been cheated, the organization has managed to move on to another area conning extra customers.

The Dog Owner, Troy Nihart, employs numerous titles, including Rainmaker Liquidators, BBQ Manufacturer, Final Gates Permanently, and Troy Nihart, Inc to market garden furniture, bbq countries, outside fireplaces, schools, etc. He's getting over 1.3 trillion in revenue annually, and it has been receiving away with this specific fraud for more than 10 years, with only customers attempting to monitor him right down to stop him. No companies, including police force agenices, can make any try to quit him, making customers hopeless from this scam.
