Suite 200 did not pay anything as promised

I received a certificate from a Vacation Resort with a passcode # for vouchers to send in after getting grocery receipts for a certain amount, and the company would send you back $25.00 for each voucher for each month. I sent in the vouchers as directions stated, and got NOTHING! I wrote them, resent the vouchers and have still recieved nothing after almost a year of sending them in. You send one in each month for a year. Have hot heard a word and now I'm not even sure the website is working.
