Sends Unsolicited Printer Rolls and Demands Payment

There is very little about this company online and I know there are others out there struggling so I thought this would be a good way to get the word out... To let you know you are not alone.

One of our hotel front desk clerks received a phone call from MicroPlus Payment Solutions, the content of the conversation is unknown because the employee does not remember the call. Could have been something as innocent as "could I confirm your address for shipping", etc. A little while later we received a package of printer rolls and cleaning cards. We had never dealt with this company before nor had we ordered anything from them.

After consulting with the Phonebusters website I drafted the recommended letter and faxed to MicroPlus Payment Solutions days after the shipment. They sent us reminder notices and I resent the letter. They made a few harassing phone calls and I filed a complaint with the Competion Bureau Canada.

I thought this was over but I was wrong we are receiving the reminder notices again.

This company is a scam. They call you get a name and ship you product. The prices were three times what we pay our regular supplier and lessor quality. I recommend to every one out there, if this happens to you do not give in and pay them. Visit the RCMP Phonebusters website for advise. File a complaint with the Competion Bureau, the more people that complain, the more they will take notice and investigate. Spread the word, post a reply or create your own post. We have to let MicroPlus Payment Solutions know that this is no way to do business and we will not stand for it.
