Robert Hutchins, Kyle James Calls says they have buyer for my timshare, but put up for advertisement once money is paid. Very deceptive

On or about July 8 I got a call from Mr. Kyle James stating that they got my timeshare information from another website (condo trader) and that they had a buyer for my timeshare. Kyle assured me they would send the paperwork via FedEx and I should include my credit number and sign upon receiving the paperwork. Ibecame suspicious because the contract paperwork was different from what they told me and supposedly recorded. When I questioned Kyle, he assured me that the contract was to be written that way, but hte bsale would close in 90 days. I signed the paperwork, include my credit card number, but purposely left out the security code, because of ht esuspicion of this company, my card was charged any ways (what good is the securitycode?). After not hearing from Worldwide Marketing Solutions for about 2 months, I called Kyle James only to learn he had quit because he was uncomforable in misleading customers. He told me he was directed to call customers and tell them the company had buyers, this is bexactly what happened to me. Kyle confided in me and told me that none of this was true. I called Robert Hutchins, who answers the phone at and is the owner of Worldwide Marketing Solutions, Inc., Robert insist that there is a request in for my deed of trust to complete the sale. Immdiately I telephoned my timeshare (Monarch Grand) to inquire if my deed of trust was requested, which it had not been, this was false information. I contacted my credit card company to lodge a formal complaint, they informed me that this is a growing problem, numerous people have had this happen to them and that 75% of all these timeshare resale are in Florida that are doing this. I do think that these companies are scam artist and these problems should be looked into immediately and something needs to be done swiftly about this growing trend.in these bad economic times, you are thinking you are money, instead you are been taken advantage of. I think this is unlawful and BAD business practices, these crooked people of these companies should be reprimanded, fined, and sent to jail and these companies shut down. I also filed formal complaints with the Attorney Generals offices in California, Florida and Washington, DC and their response was that enough people are not coming forward to reprt these crimes, so their is nothing they can do right now. To all who read this and are in a similar situation, lets get together and write our congressman or congresswoman and the Attorney Generals Office and we can probably put a class action lawsuit together.
