Do not hire contractor Brian Kane of Gotham Forest Products. I know of 3 jobs where he had been hired to do work and then skipped with the deposit. He is a very good lier and con-man, don't fall for his lies! He will tell you is daughter or wife is sick, he needs all of the money upfront. He will disappear from the job thereafter. I know of $15,000 he has stolen from just 3 acquaintances of mine, so beware!
