Riped off by this company

I found this company on amazon, and ordered a few things from them, had no problem got my order quickly and was satisfied, i made the mistake of going right to their site and ordering again, and the charms they sent do not fit bracelet so i sent letter and charms back to them, i told them i wanted a credit or return my money, it wasn't a great deal of money, its just the point i don't like being ripped off by anyone. Now i have called, no one answers just a recording, i have emailed them several times, still nothing. My next step is to contact the attorney general of california and put in a complaint to him. If you have any other ideas is would appericate it, i refuse to let them get over on me. Thank you
