J.D. Marvel Products ripoff Have not fulfilled my order for shoes

I placed an order via mail for 2 pairs of Desert Boot Style shoes. They cost $9.95 each. I ordered one brown pair and one beige pair in size 10.

I mailed a check for $22.95 and an order blank on July 31st and have not heard a thing back from them.
