Broke too easily

I purchased a ceramcor xtrema baking pan from Mercola.com last September. Last month I had been placing it within the drain also it smashed into three items. This doesn't work with me. It cost $149 as well as for that much cash it's to endure daily-use. Mercola.com rejected me a return. It's not warranteed for damage until it's anything related to severe temperature or cool. If it simply fails when you are placing it within the drain it does not count. Obviously I can't danger purchasing the product again. Ceramcor provided me a brand new one for $60 with no cover, however I'd have spent over $200 in a baking pot that I can not rely on to put on itself together.
