Citizen USA TARGETS AND SCAMS Restaurant Owners Trying to Sell their Business to (Fake) Foreigners trying to get VISA into US!

I was contacted by Susan Mycko of Citizen USA (CitizenUSA.com) also called Devine Development LLC because I was selling my business. She had a service she claimed would help me sell my business. She advertizes businesses to foreigners trying to obtain Visas into the US. She was given $400 to advertise the business. Susan advised she had a client from Venezuela that wanted to buy the business. I gave her $5000 to put in escrow which would be refunded when the business sold to the investor or if the deal did not go through within a month. I have a contract that states this. It has been over a year and I was forced to close the business which is why I was selling in the first place - because I could not afford to keep it open. Susan gave me two checks for reimbursment of the funds but they both bounced. She has refused to return the funds.
