Chase Payment Tech scam, misrepresentation, fraud

This company introduced themselves over the phone as "Wells Fargo Bank" with the promise to save small California businesses hundreds of dollars a month in merchant service fees. Having been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 15 years, I did what I have never done in my 11 years of owning my business; I agreed to meet with their representative to hear about their "lowest price program available."
Because it was "Wells Fargo" I felt that their reputation was too solid to make false promises or run a scam.
Long story short... This was not Wells Fargo, it was Payment Systems from Carlsbad.
They lied about their rates and they manipulated me into signing a lease agreement for machines I did not need. I had been with my previous merchant service company for 8 years and was told by Daniel Sores of Payment Systems that I was being overcharged and that Payment Systems would save me hundreds of dollars. My rates more than tripled with Payment Systems!!! And I am being sued by the equipment leasing company.
My story is too long to go into detail. Please be warned not to do business with this company.
