Bob the owner of Wig showcase Brooklyn NY Con Artist with no morals

I wrote this earlier but not sure it went through... If not here it is...
I went to wig showcase because the owner told me that the wig i buy would be custom made. I was desperate like many women are who are losing their hair. He told me that the wig would be more expensive because of his "personal touch". After going to his salon he fitted my head, we decided on color and tried on a few wigs that he had there, but mine was not to be any of those it was to be "custom made" just for me.
After the wig was finished, about 2 weeks I picked it up and he did not have to cut it or anything. He put it on my head and told me when I get home just play around with it. I thought maybe he should cut it while I was there, but he assured me that he already cut it before I arrived, which I thought to be strange but trusted him and thought maybe when I get home I can figure it out and like it after "playing around with it".
Afterwards a friend called me and said that she was on line on a "wig website" and thinks she sees my "custom made" wig there. I looked and thought it can't be. I paid over $400.00 for my wig and this one was $100.00. I ordered it just to be sure. Sure enough, the EXACT wig... The only difference in the 2 was the wig I bought from Wig Showcase had the label cut out you could still see part of it and it was in the exact spot as the wig I just received from the website.
The entire wig was the same, the cut, the color the dark roots and the same pattern on the inside cap. I was so disappointed and angry. When I called wig showcase, Bob told me he does not return any money. I paid him over $400.00 cash because that his only form of payment.
This man is a ripoff, he takes advantage of people who are losing hair and should not be allowed to get away with this. Some women I am sure order more than 1 wig they pay him alot of money thinking that their wig is made for them when they could go on line and order it for a fraction of what they paid.
Shame on Wig Showcase and shame on Bob the owner!
