National Marketing Research Fraudulent earnings claim enticement to buy

Salesman used fraudulent earnings claim. Lied to me and my wife regarding recouping investment in a shot period of time (60-90 days) Firsdt month we would make $800-$1500. He then stated we would then make $6,000 to $8,000 per month after that time. This was all on a telephoine solicitation after I had turned down an earlier call. I told him I could not afford to pay off the $9,880 if this did not return my investment. He assured me it would and the company would work with me to make sure it would. Also, the amount I would make on the first month would start generating a returnj on my investment. NMR had a B rating on its BBB report. I did not know I was dealing with these other companies at the beginning when I gave the approval to buy. When Ridgecrest Consulting, Inc., took over, the problem escalated. I have no idea where they originall came in, but, they claim on their tape, no earnings claims were made. My wife and I both heard the claims.
They have not returned my calls. I only have records of trying to call the cell phone as all the other calls were to an 800 line and therefore not shown on my bill.
