Lied to a person with a developmental disability

What they did to a woman with a mental diability is, lied to her about a magazine subscritption. They told her it was free and she melieved it. She tried to cancel the subscription and they withdrew money out of her account.

As of now I'm trying to get her legal aid. I tried to call there place of business and was treated very rude remarks. I can only tell her to change her account. As a result of this she was overdrawn and is living on a set income. (SSDI) I want to bring these horrible people to justice. They took full advantage of her and need to be punished. Thank you very much.
